A one day meeting to mark the discovery of polyethylene on 27 March 1933 by Reginald Gibson and Eric Fawcett. There will be the opportunity to visit the Plastic Exhibition in the Science Museum and view the apparatus used in the discovery. Registration fee £90 (£45 for students) |
