TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1)	Refund is 75% if cancel more than 4 weeks before the start of the conference; 50% if cancel between 2-4 weeks before the start of the conference, and cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the conference delegates pay the full amount.
2)	A delegate who cannot attend the conference can substitute another person from the organization in his/her place at no extra charge.
3)	Any refunds will be made by cheque
