The symposium will cover all aspects of chemistry in the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industries There will be a particular focus in the upstream sector on innovative chemical solutions which can be applied to extend the economic life of mature wells or to enhance the profitability of new fields while meeting increasingly stringent environmental regulation.

There will be posters and an exhibition.
